We're all living gloomy days and full of worries
around world. It's an invisible being to our eyes, though lethal. I understand
other diseases have the same or even higher mortality rates, although what
makes this new enemy so dangerous is the speed it spreads and its behaviour and
mutation, which is different from others we know.
Some
measures were taken and took our lives out of routine and let us, possibly,
uncertain and insecure. I'm glad there are still people who are facing this
problem so the calamity can be lower than the predictions. My gratitude goes to
the healthcare area, the drugstores, grocery stores, truckers, public security,
governors, and all other helping hands, even if I forgot to mention any. You
have been working hard so the curve of infected and deceased could be lowered.
Although
the future can make us feel uncertain, insecure or even pessimist, we can also hold
onto hope and try to think positively, since there's no level of alienation.
I've written about it in my virtual (almost) daily journal (it's written in
Portuguese). This isolation can create some distress and start intrigues, but
now is the moment to strengthen together and put aside our differences.
These
songs today bring a message of hope. A message about hoping for a better day,
regardless the fact it may not be easy.
